We are happy to present our web-sitewhich is dedicated to EU funded assistance Instruments, such as Twinning, TAIEX, Sigma and CBC.
PAO is in charge for coordination of Twinning, TAIEX, SIGMA and other instruments under ENPI, having a role of "Information Bridge" for various EC services and Beneficiary Administrations in Armenia. PAO is also responsible for support and supervision of projects implemented in the frames of Twinning, TAIEX and Sigma Instruments as well as for assistance to EC Delegation in management of relevant Projects.
On the web-site all potential beneficiaries can find full information on general framework of the mentioned instruments, projects application/request forms, key data on implemented projects, as well as information on on-going projects. Various guidelines, handbooks, info papers and other useful documents are also available for downloading. Through registration in Management Information System the Beneficiary Administrations are in a position to get a direct access to the PAO database.
The PAO staff hops that this web-page will enable the strengthening of partnership between fund beneficiaries, i.e. institutions of Republic of Armenia and European Union, with common goal - effective implementation of institution building and technical assistance tools provided by ENPI.
