The following paragraphs summarize the type of entities that can apply under the various measures of the Black Sea JOP:
Priority 1 - Supporting cross border partnerships for economic and social development based on common resources.
Indicative applicants for this Priority are local and regional administrations, development agencies, NGOs active in local development, associations of agricultural producers and fishermen, public agencies active in the fields of business promotion etc.
Priority 2 - Sharing resources and competencies for environmental protection and conservation.
Indicative applicants for this Priority are local and regional administrations, NGOs active in environmental protection and conservation, research and higher education institutions and environmental protection agencies etc.
Priority 3 - Supporting cultural and educational networks for the establishment of a common cultural environment in the Basin.
Indicative applicants for this Priority are local and regional administrations, NGOs active in the cultural and social areas, cultural and educational institutions etc.
On June 9, 2010 took place Twinning Board meeting, which approves 6 new Twinning projects.
