SATTO is  the EU funded project on technical assistance, which  started its activities on March 2, 2009 as a support project to Programme Administration Agency of the Ministry of Economy of Armenia (PAO).

The main objective of SATTO are defined as Support Armenia to make best use of EU assistance through ENPI, particularly, of Twinning and TAIEX. Respectively, the specific objectives are:

-       To support PAO in introduction of Twinning & TAIEX operations mechanism  in Armenia,

-       To strengthen the capacities of PAO and Beneficiary Administrations for Twinning & TAIEX operations,

-       To increase awareness of Twinning projects and TAIEX events.

 The Project is being implemented by a Consortium consisting of:

-       Consortium Leader: European Consultants Organisation (ECO), based in Brussels, is a provider of professional consulting services to a wide range of public and private organisations, with a focus on international donor funded development projects. Since it was founded in 1992, ECO has successfully carried out projects in Europe, Asia, Africa, Mediterranean countries, Latin America, Central and Eastern European countries as well as in the New Independent States of the Former Soviet Union

-       Consortium Partner: ADETEF is the Agency for International Technical Assistance and Cooperation of the Ministries in charge of Economy and Finance of France. It provides partner countries with the Ministries’ expertise for economic development and institutional reform projects. .

-       Consortium Partner: Resource and Logistics (RaL), based in Paris, was established in 1992 to provide consulting and expertise for technical assistance projects to NIS and Eastern European countries.
