On June 9, 2010 in the framework of ENPI the Twinning Implementation Board took place. The board was chaired by the RA Minister of Economy, the chairman of the board Nerses Yeritsyan. As a result of the March 29, 2010 call for proposals 12 Twinning proposals were submitted to the Programme Administration Agency. After thorough examination these 10 proposals were presented to the discussion of the board. The following 6 proposals have been approved by the Twinning Implementation Board:

- Support to the State Revenue Committee for strengthening of customs control procedures and enforcement in Armenia

- Support to the State Migration Service for strengthening of migration management in Armenia

- Strengthening the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights

- Harmonization with EU standards and institution building of the State Inspectorate of Protection of Markets and Consumer Rights

- Approximation of EU Acquis and policies on Judicial Cooperation and related capacity building of the Translation Centre on Judicial Sector terminologies and methodologies

- Strengthening of animal origin food and feed safety control in Armenia

Based on Twinning procedures the above mentioned proposals have been also approved by the RA Prime-Minister and currently are in the selection stage of the Twinning framework contractors.
