Partnership forums in Armenia and Turkey Partnership forums in Armenia and Turkey (24.03.2011)

In the framework of the second call for proposals of the Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme,  2 Partnership Forums will be organised in collaboration with RCBI  in Yerevan on 19th of April 2011 and in Istanbul on 5th of May 2011.

Participation is limited to one representatives per institution and the number of participants is limited to 18 persons per country. The registration will be closed once the number of 18 people from that specific country has been reached, but not later than 7 of April 2011 (for the Partnership Forum in Yerevan). For the Partnership Forum in Yerevan the number of Armenian participants is up to 70.

For each Partnership Forum the participation cost (transport, accommodation and visa) of  9 participants from the following  countries: Armenia (only for the Partnership Forum in Turkey) Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania will be financed by the Joint Managing Authority and  Regional Capacity Building Initiative.

Those applying for financial support for the Partnership Forum in Yerevan will have  to register until  the 24th of March 2011.

Selection procedure

The Selection shall be made by the National Info Points/National Authorities from each country.

All the on-line registrations from a specific country will be forwarded to the National Info Points/National Authorities. After analysing each candidate, base on the selection criteria for funding, the  National Info Points/National Authorities  will send a confirmation e-mail saying either:

1)       You have been accepted to take part in the event and your participation cost (transport, accommodation and visa) will be supported by the JMA or RCBI

2)       You have been accepted to take part in the event, but unfortunately no financial support will be provided.

For both the Forums you need to submit on-line Project Idea, the form is given in the web-site mentioned below.

The final list of people who will receive financial support for participating to the Partnership Forum in Yerevan should be transmitted to the JMA/RCBI no later than 28 of March.

The on-line registration is open for the Partnership forum in Yerevan. The registration for Istanbul will be opened next week.
