The Sigma Programme, a joint initiative of the EU and the OECD principally financed by the EU, in June 2008 extended its support to Armenia in the framework of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI). Activities in Armenia will be undertaken in accordance with country's specific needs and priorities.
